I’ll buy a not-so-perfect teddy bear if you’ll buy a less than stellar beaded necklace. I know the pains of redoing projects. Some errors are just not worth the effort.
Ah, but you could market these with the right niche. Just think. For children who are not perfect, they can be loved just as much as their “perfect” counterparts! Go for it!
Have you ever read my book A Christmas Dream? One of the favorite characters in the book is “Rupert, the lopsided reindeer.” That book was written for adults, but kids love it–especially Rupert.
Something must be wrong with my computer,or my eyes. The bear looks blue on my screen.I’m glad to see you were able to do all of that using regular English.I would have been blue from cussing.

You got it right with the Isle of Misfit Toys reference. Play on the sympathy of soft-hearted children! I wanted to adopt every toy on that island when I watched Rudolph. Put a sign on each one that says “Won’t somebody PLEASE love me?”

Just like in real life. You always think the first child is perfect…until she turns her back on you. I think they would make perfect Lump-us mascots.

Imperfect Toys For A Price. I can see it in neon now. Arms are short, but long enough to hug. Here’s a hug for you Wanda.
My Nana made some of the most interesting banks, dolls, and armrest covers. The whole family treasures them still. Keep it up!

omg, I need to hear that. So funny! Love, Love it. I would have had a nervous breakdown. That would be enough for me! LOL
Cute, but the imperfections would drive me nuts. I’m currently going a bit nuts because some curtains I lined aren’t hanging straight. grrr
Cute teddy bear. I once made a sock monkey.

Heh heh
Interesting way to make “babies,” although methods that don’t use sharp needles do have their advantages.
Of course, if you make an imperfect toy, unlike an imperfect child, there’s always the option of ripping it apart and starting over.
I am sure they are adorable and hilarious. Just like you. 🙂
We all need hugs, even lumpy little bears. Funny story, Wanda.
You can just come out with a product line of Thalidomide Bears.
Hilarious!
