- I’m a survivor
-
- In 2023, I was attacked by a pack of pitbulls. Don’t tell me your pitbull is friendly, loves your children, and has never shown a bit of aggression. I’ve learned every dog has the propensity to attack. I have lived through it. It wasn’t easy. I had to recover from a broken back and PTSD. Thanks to my wonderful therapist, Meg Doherty, LHMC, I am whole again. (No. I am not advertising for Meg, but she deserves so much of the credit for my healing.

I am an avid reader. As of 7/24/25 I have read 68 books this year. I tend to read memoirs, especially the stories of people who have survived events that would be the reason for many people to quit. I want to know the secret to the human capacity to move forward. I am just beginning to feel it myself.
- I have begun practicing ZENtangle on a daily basis. I never thought I could draw, though I often wanted to. Who knew I could doodle with the best of them, and do it while practicing Zen. I’m hoping to become a Certified Zentangle Teacher later this year. Watch here for future lessons from me.
- I have three new books ready for publication.
- Copper Healing about a woman with the ability to help and heal sick children through the blankets she makes and blesses.
- Moonlight, Magic, and Mayhem, about Hannah, a greenwitch, and her troubles in trying to get Mother Nature to stop her bad weather assaults on the world. She is helped by a plethora of characters with and without magical powers.
- BookWitch, about Svea, a fifteen-year-old who will acquire her magical powers on her sixteenth birthday and those who want to help and those who want to stop the entire show.
